Damn it seems forever since I last supposedly blogged sans spilled my thoughts and all that crap.
Holidays come and go, but certain facts remain stagnant. Unable to change nor do anything about.
Is it any coincidence that I'm blogging for like what seemed the first time in a long time on my 21st birthday. Hmm. Not really. I think I subconsciously planned it like this.
So yeah, life goes on and revolve around me. Or was it the other way round?
In any case, the 21st birthday bash dinner thing was celebrated albeit two days earlier as a quarter of my friends would be returning to their real uni lives on the actual date itself. No matter, it's cool considering the night was a blast. It was my first time dining at Laundry Bar at the Curve and the place was quite nice and very ambient-cy. Nothing too fancy or big, just a small and cosy gathering of some of my close friends. Dinner was good as any Italiannies dinner can be. Had a cocktail drink but can't recall it's name but it tasted sweet and maybe had a bit of rum in it which is not my favourite alcohol. The highlight of the night was probably the Flaming Lamborghini which was pretty impressive seeing how it went up in flames and all. And in addition to that as well, some certain people made me do some unmentionable acts after that which I do not think I should post here. Perhaps I'll upload the video soon. Not now. But a lot sooner than you might think.
Thanks again for the presents and wishes from all who did get me gifts and sent wishes!
Yesterday's dinner was with my own immediate family at Rakuzen Restaurant where it was a milder affair with tiramisu cake capping it off at the end back home.
Tonight's dinner was with the rest of the relatives but not all which was pretty alright considering we usually do this as well but just a bit more special since it is my 21st. And there was the first Yee Sang of the Chinese New Year being served as well. Hoorah.
The holidays seem to have gone by in a blur for me to tell the truth. Lots of slacking and sleeping and attending yoga classes three times a week. This time next week I'd be back in Melbourne already. Time just whizzed by amazingly fast without me knowing nor doing anything about. Damn it.
I don't want to go back to the tedious regime of classes and assignments and lectures and stressing out about all that boring stuff. The pressure is just really getting to me now. I hate that. What happened to my competitive side of always wanting to be ahead? Where did that go? Or was it ever there or did it ever leave?
Anyways, I don't know when will be the next time I'll blog again but let's hope it won't be too long away from this one.
I swear, as I laid down to bed last night I had a lot of insightful, personal, heartfelt and sensitive things and matters on my mind that I had intended to be scribed down here. Ah well. Maybe next time.
